2.3. Online Store (Registration and Purchase)

To purchase pesticide-free green specialty coffees on the Site, we may collect:

Delivery information: address, postal code, city, state, and additional information.

Order information: products, quantities, values, coupons, history, and status.

Tax information (when applicable): information necessary for issuing tax documents.

Payment information: information necessary to process payment via the payment gateway integrated into the Site.

Important payment information: as a rule, complete card details (e.g., number and CVV) are handled by the gateway. Café Reverie tends to receive only return data, such as status, transaction identifier, and other information necessary for reconciliation and support (varying according to the gateway).

2.4. Auctions (Registration, Participation, and Auditing)

For registration and participation of clients in rare coffee auctions, we may collect:


- Identification and contact data: name, surname, email, telephone.

- Participation data: bid records (value, date/time), acceptance of rules/terms, logs for auditing and fraud prevention.

- Purchase/delivery data when there is a winning bid (items, values, delivery, and invoicing).

2.5. Automatically collected data (navigation)

When browsing the Site (blog, store, and auction pages), we may collect:


- IP address, date/time, pages accessed, clicks, and events;

2.6. Certification and Traceability (Important)

The certification and traceability of coffees mainly refer to the products/batches and the chain of origin. Generally, this does not require the processing of the customer's personal data beyond what is necessary for:
