Reverie Coffee reserves the right to cancel orders in case of suspected fraud, significant inconsistency in registration, or inability to validate payment.
In case of chargebacks or refunds, the refund timeframe may vary depending on the payment method used and the rules of the gateway and card issuer. Reverie Coffee undertakes to initiate the refund process within 30 business days after confirmation of cancellation or receipt of the returned product.
