It has exceptional density (753.6 g/L), 11.38% moisture, and a bean pH of 5.9, resulting in a coffee with an exceptional physical and sensory structure.

 

The profile reveals chocolate, passion fruit, caramel, molasses, chestnuts, honey, brown sugar, and walnuts.

 

It is a coffee of very high sensory concentration, with a heavy body and a persistent finish, designed for ultra-premium lines and impactful espressos.
